Reading Scriptures with Kids

Reading scriptures with kids doesn’t have to be a chore, it can be fun, both for the kids and the parents. Here are some simple things you can do, as a parent, to help your little ones listen (at least for a short time):

  • Use an animated voice
  • Offer explanations often
  • Ask questions they know they answers to, and praise them when they’re right
  • Relate the verses to things they understand
  • Use different voices for different characters
  • Have fun!
